Caitlin is a South African qualified attorney (non-practising).
She specialises in commercial litigation, dispute resolution and insolvency.
Caitlin has advised listed and international clients in private arbitrations and litigation involving contractual and commercial disputes as well as construction, mining and environmental disputes.
She has experience in insolvency and liquidation proceedings and, prior to joining Dickinson Gleeson as an Associate in July 2020, advised one of the major creditors in high-profile liquidation proceedings against Optimum Coal Mine in South Africa.
Caitlin has also advised banking clients in a number of internal investigations and proceedings instituted by the South African Reserve Bank and financial regulatory boards in South Africa.
Caitlin was educated at the University of Cape Town and holds an LLM in Labour Law.
